Precious Seed

                                                                         Precious Seed was birthed in Pittsburgh, PA in 1972. Formerly                 
                                                                          known as "Four Plus One" and "New Beginning", it's purpose and             
                                                                          calling has always been to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

                                                                         Precious Seed had relocated to Dubois, PA in 1983 and                            
                                                                          changed  members several times, but for the most part, been a                  
                                                                          family ministry.

                                                                         In 2002, Precious Seed consisted of Shannon and Sherri and their mom,
Cheryl. God opened many doors for over 7 years. They traveled the east coast one summer ministering with Chiz
Rider Ministries. They were trained by some of the biggest names in Christian music at the Steve Hurst   School of
Music in Nashville, Tenn. They have sung on a gospel cruise and have opened for such names as Greater Vision,
the Hoppers, the Mark Trammel Trio, the Isaacs, and Legacy Five. They have sung at the Southern Gospel Quartet
Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Precious Seed sang and ministered in approximately 90 concerts a year as well
as weddings and private parties and banquets and were guest singers on Cornerstone TV, both in NY and PA. The
CD made during this time is available on the products page of this site. People are still commenting on the
encouragement and peace they feel as they listen to this CD!

Serious physical problems surfaced with 2 of the members of Precious Seed and forced them to take time off from
the traveling ministry, even though they were able to continue to sing and lead worship in their own church. Shannon
married and 13 months later, gave birth to Selah Grace. She now is a fulltime mother.

Precious Seed is back and will be ministering as part of Sherri Danae's concerts. This time it's mom(Cheryl) and
Sherri! This time it's a whole new sound! This time it's all about praising God for the miracles that He has done for
us during our time off! This time we bring God's presence to you through worship and praise! We have so much to
share about the goodness, the grace, the healing power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! May He be glorified
and praised!
